Sprunki Pink Eye Shifted is a mod with scary graphics and weird character transformations. This edition features a number of characters with spooky pink eyes, deformed faces, and strange body mutations. Some are just so much more monstrously awful than normal people, and some are weird, unusual elements (guesswork of what could be next).
I like Sprunky Pink Eye Shifted for the collision of themes between the obnoxious peppy melody and the horror. The imagery has a somewhat creepy feel, yet there is the opportunity to toy with sound merges to create your own musical creations.
Inventing their own music with their own sound. Every character features its own beats, sounds, or sound effects. Try out combinations for novel sounds and your personal mix. Some of the characters are quite well-designed. Ratty: Taller and scarier; Funbot: Saws up both sides; Gray: Chest to the wind. These differences make experimenting with each persona even more interesting. The game also contains alternate sound sets so you can play more with the music.
While experimenting with the powers with Black, Wenda discovers the origin of the transformations by encountering the very first Pink Eye Shifted transformations in the game storyline. Things get difficult when Bigby shows up and siphons out 25% of Black's power. Black then goes to an underground lab to find a means to stop this.
Suddenly, Ratty shows in and takes the final 75% of Black's powers for himself, becoming a huge demon. This is why Sprunki Pink Eye Shifted is so awful.
Ratty is simply one of the many characters who become terrifyingly transformed. Sky is even losing part of his head, Mr. Sun is missing an eye, and Mr. Tree is missing some of Simon's teeth. The other characters also exhibit twisted faces or glowing eyes and other creepy physical deformities. These pictures add a certain twist to the Sprunki universe as you learn about each of the characters you see and what happened to them.
But I have a feeling that if you're a lover of music rhythm games that want something inspired by horror movie tropes, Sprunki Pink Eye Shifted is going to be right up your alley. Featuring strange characters, a tale of stolen power, and opportunities to create musical mixes in different ways, the game is unique and interesting.
Experiment with various combinations of people, imaginary sounds, and a story of the Sprunki Pink Eye Shifted occurrence. You'll find that the scariest-looking characters actually make the most interesting tunes.
