Sprunki Black: Adopt & Care is a cute pet care game where you adopt Black and take care of him through doing various things every day. He absolutely has that essence of being a weird, yet cute, tiny friend. However, this pet has no lack of issues in changing form. With a flick, bathe, or feed, he may transform into any manner of things, including a giant beast, an arachnid, or a multi-headed version of himself. It's your job to keep Black satisfied and see how weird he can go.
It begins with a choice: Will you bring Black home? Consult with him by tapping on him to see some of his weird forms before you accept. He could have red glowing eyes, long tentacles, or other scary attributes. Some transformations even have a negative ending if he isn't taken in.
If you agree to take him, you care for Black. You can knock him about, get him to do all manner of things, and he surprises you with his answers. Some versions even show him with some amazing ninja-like skills, and one even turns into a terrifying underworld boss.
You will know some of the regular pet-care things with Black, but nothing is normal. Bathe him, soap him up, tuck him up, and feed him something. Just be prepared for some weird results. The routine of taking a bath makes him into a virus-like thing, carrying him has another effect, and bed time yields the utterly strange appearance of a spider.
His hunting is just as unpredictable. You go into the restaurant, and you can eat different things with Black: have cucumbers or things that taste like coconuts and hot junk and noodles. Observe his reactions to eating. His body may grow, alter shape, or even sprout more heads as he eats.
Caring for Black goes beyond simply feeding him and sleeping. You can also experiment and play mini-games together. These include Flappy Bird-style games, drawing, riddles, and simple interactions. These provide a lighter reprieve from the relentless monster morphing and more chances to amuse your bizarre new pet.
If you like strange pet simulators with wacky eye candy, then Sprunki Black: Adopt and Care is worth a look. With peculiar mini-games, odd restaurant trips, and strange bath time metamorphoses, Black is not much of a normal pet. Take him in, care for his needs, and see what shape he'll be in later!
