Sprunki Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is a very unconventional style Sprunki mod. Known characters are given weird looks, strange expressions and baffling details.
The visuals evoke a sense of chaos right from the start. Orin appears with a fierce expression. Clucker has a large object piercing through its body. Funbot undergoes a similar transformation. Some characters feature misaligned eyes, hugely dilated pupils, or faces that are almost completely deformed.
Beyond the visuals, each character contributes a specific sound to the mix. Players can add characters one by one to create their own unique track.

Mr. Sun also has an unusual appearance. Mr. Tree features a mysterious design. Pinky retains a cheerful look but has misaligned eyes. Jeb has a funny, slightly goofy design. Mr. Black reacts quite differently; he appears terrified by the unfolding events. Other characters feature bizarre physical traits, plunging the entire stage into chaos.
The characters on this mod are not only visually different but their sounds are very varied. Some of them play drums, others do beatboxing, and some add synth and electronic stuff.
Mr. Fun Computer makes dubstep-like sounds, the other character makes choral-like tones. Then you can stack these sounds on top of one another to create a full musical arrangement.
At times, the mix takes unexpected turns as multiple characters appear simultaneously; seemingly unrelated sounds come together to form a surprisingly solid beat.
The more characters that join in, the more unpredictable the stage is. A lot of the characters look nothing like their familiar counterparts.
Some designs are funny, some are creepy or bizarre. The mod features misaligned eyes, distorted faces, warped bodies, and weird expressions throughout.
